Open with ripe blackcurrant pastille aromas, wet tobacco and mûre, slight violet flowers and a little bonfire smoke, liquorice and black cherries, very complex and sexy. Palate rounded with a clean acidity, slightly chewy tannins, lush fruit round and long.
Red bowl brown orange rim, nose open quite rustic and dried fruit aromas, cranberry and strawberry, earthy with hints of leather and kirsch cherries on the nose, some VA, dry and soft palate, not great length good aromas not substantial.
Big spicy warm nose, ripe raspberry/framboise EdV, black and white pepper nose, full big palate, solid tannins, not great not complex still very young.
